Speak 4 Letter Words Part 1: A Simple and Interactive Learning App for Children
Speak 4 Letter Words Part 1 is a free educational Android application developed by Vrisho Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with kindergarten teachers. It is designed to help children develop an understanding of English 4 letter words, specifically those that end with the vowel "e," commonly referred to as "magic e" words. By using speech recognition, the app allows children to learn and test their progress in recognizing and pronouncing these words.
The app is free of advertisements and drastic animations or sounds, allowing children to focus on learning. It engages multiple senses, including visual, auditory, and somatic/touch, as well as associative techniques for strengthening memory. The app features 60 magic "E" vowel words and their usage, along with visual, auditory, and speech recognition acknowledgement/reward for word recognition.
In addition to learning, the app offers a "Home-Fun" feature for children to test their progress with random word recognition tasks. Reports are also available for parents to identify and encourage focused learning opportunities.
